Joey not only is a handsome young man, he is unbelievably intelligent (finished calculus in his Junior year). He's also very athletic (in soccer and track and field) and musically talented (plays the keys at church). Most importantly, he has a heart of gold. You can tell by the way he talks to his mom and sister. Marissa, his sis, was his wardrobe stylist and his moral support and mom, Maura, was there to set him straight. No just kidding, hah! Maura was also there for moral support and was one of the best assistants ever! The bond between the three of them is undeniable and it was so refreshing to see family with such a close relationship (especially in the teenage years). I have to say, this shoot was one of the most fun and memorable shoots to date.
For high school guys, getting photographed by someone is probably one of the most awkward things you have to do. At the same time, you don't want to have your senior photos scream "AWKWARD" all over, right? Joey wrote about the experience below:
