Ft Collins, Loveland, and other Northern Colorado Children, Family, and Senior Lifestyle Portrait Photographer

I think I can safely say now that Spring is here. I was so happy that the days were getting longer and warmer...that we can actually play outside and even eat lunch on our patio table...have playdates and invite our friends to come over to play in our sandbox.

Then the tragedy happened...one of the largest tornadoes in Oklahoma hit an elementary school and the surrounding neighborhoods. I'm glued to TV watching CNN and unable to wrap it around my head.  The hardest part of it all is that little children were one of the victims.  I held my little girl a bit tighter and longer today.  Prayed for the parents and other family members who were affected by it.  Lastly, I thanked God for all the blessings in our lives...Our family and friends.

Lifestyle family, children, senior portrait photographer in Loveland, Ft. Collins, and other Northern Colorado areas

Can it be true? Is spring really here? I just saw my super reliable iPhone weather forecast and it's supposed to be in the 80s next week. I'm starting to see flowers bloom, trees with green leaves, and my brown yard turning greener everyday.  Moving to Colorado definitely made me appreciate each season and the nature that much more.  So after the loud thunderstorm today, I saw a break in the clouds and VOILA! SUNSHINE! I knew it wasn't going to last for too long so C and I walked with our cameras in tow for a quick photo shoot.

C even made a bouquet of flowers and it just melted my heart.  I can't believe how big she's getting.  Love her.
